Yes its rarer than the cosmo 110, there were only 976 produced compared to 1519 cosmo 110's.
The RX87 is to luxury what the cosmo 110 is to sports, being the flagship for mazda they were more expensive too, and also the RX87 has the largest 2 rotor engine produced by mazda.
Yes the aircon came as standard equipment on super deluxe models.
My aircon still goes well too.
Yes an RX87 with a running engine is very rare indeed.

eh, my 13B = 1308? : 2 = 654cc

so yours should be 655cc each rotor?

How is 1cc, is that the head of a needle, a match, a cubic cm, a thimble, or...

Is that the reason they named it 13 A or B?
