The guys are right in what they told you! You said every 2 years you are fixing this! You should be finding out why it is rusting out every 2 years. In order to get rust you have to have 3 elements, air, metal, and water. If you remove one of these elements then you will have no rust!! And water you should not be having inside of your car! Find the leak! You probably know somebody building a house right? The black matting that is used with a flame for putting on the outside of the basement (Keller) is the same stuff to put on the floor board in your car when you are done. When you do hollow section wax, mix 10%-15% normal oil with the wax when you shoot. The oil helps retarts the water better and does not let the wax get completely hard, so it holds longer. If you put to much oil in it, it will run out of all the holes all the time. I sprayed 6 liters in my car alone!!

I just now came across the pictures of your car from a few days ago!! I thought we was talking about a ''Hole'' not the whole damn floor board!! Get another car and cut the pieces out and it will be alot easier to fix. As for rust, cut it out sand blast what you can not get to and use a 2 component primer and when you are all done do hollow section wax like I said preivously!

When i First looked it was just a few little holes but over the Months i've found a lot more. This will Change everything, thats right.
At the Time i do not think about Conservation. For the next Months its all about reconstruction. Another car would be great to cut out some Pieces, but where to get one? It's not that easy to find an RX-7 without rust at the Typical places.
Everythings gonna be fine. I'm sure about that. And i've got time. So...
